You seem to have misunderstood. I do NOT want that pin there, it makes the flap impossible to open when it is freezing outside.

I had that problem on my MG5. Barely a few degrees below zero. My dealer told me that some customers removes the soft plastic sock around the locking pin. When I tried to do that, the whole pin fell off. So, now the flap does not lock, but it doesn't freeze either. I'll take that as a win, too...

No, the dashboard displays a messge on attempting to switch up. But this week I was able to switch up, I don't know why, maybe lower charge level. But why would they block KERS3 for anything below 90 %? And why wouldn't the error message explain why it won't do it?

Do you have an update on this? It's annoying when you accidentally (or just to try it out) go to 1, then cannot go back to 2.
