    Incidentally I was playing with turning on the AC before jumping into the car as we're summer here with 38°C today with HA, and it worked 👍pity the AC turned off once opening the door but that's issues with how the car is set-up with.     I hope you get it resolved sooner. Nothing worse than bought one brand new and had this issue. I hope we have a "lemon" law that, buyer entitle for a brand new replacement or refund if product is proven to be a "Friday afternoon car" from the factory.

    Yes, I think I got the same set-up from git-hub and there are lots of information from the car. I think it's better than the iSmart app but one caveat, it can not issue any command like changing charge rate, adjust SOC etc., But it can issue some basis command like unlock door, open boot etc...

    Not sure if it's the same over your way. Here in Australia, the iSmart app has a "share" function where the main owner can share another person with different email account. The shared user can use the iSmart app independently without effecting the first owner and vice versa.

    In Australia. The MGS5EV now comes standard with 12 months/25000km which ever comes first. I'm a bit pissed off as I thought it would be like the MG4EV which is every 2 years when I did the research before buying.
