Well as a last gasp effort before going to dealer tomorrow I put some WD40 where the wiper connection is then gave the wiper a gentle bit of encouragement. Hey presto it is now working! Thanks for all the advice though.

Yeah prob will do this as only had the car since November so will see what the dealer is saying.

So looks like it wasn’t the fuse as replaced it with new to be sure and still no luck.

Yeah have the correct smart meter that would work with octopus but they said based on annual estimates above my monthly DD on Octopus Go would be around £330!
