I have the same issue (samsung), but my wife's pixel3a works fine. I've tried a few cables. Matbe it's the connection socket in my phone. I also cannot pair with the car by bluetooth, the phone says I need an extra app!

When we bought our ZS the dealer said something about having the keys far enough away from the car, or it could be opened by anyone. A faraday box will effectively break contact between key and car. The good news is that the car will only move for about 10 meters unless the key is INSIDE the car

I think Mrs had parked underground, maybe brussels is the default location for all things european! It did do scan on the car though

The last few days when I open the app 'find my car' gives the location as Brussels even though it's parked in Milton Keynes. Any ideas?

Had a similar issue, Home 7kW charger stopped working. Rang British gas who installed it and they did a reset on the box remotely. Problem solved, it could be the box software.

Any one know how to put a second phone onto an ismart account? I did what looked logical and Mrs's phone got a message but then ismart on her phone said it had to bind to the car, only one account can bind. Any ideas?

Does anyone know if it's possible to reset the tyre pressure alarm? My ZS shows front left tyre at 23 psi and all others at 25. It has a warning displayed. Inflated tyre to 30, still gave 'pressure' as 23 and have now reduced the pressure to 25, indicated pressure still 23. Is the pressure...
