Had the same "knotchy steering" today on the motorway doing 50mph with my emergency tyre on passenger side rear (thanks to a nail). I put it down to a one off due to the emergency tyre which wasn't as inflated as it should have been. Will see what happens when I get the proper wheel back on.
Interesting as I had this happen a few months ago but not in snow or ice
. Going down a steep winding road and all of a sudden there wasn't any regen so I had to use the brakes. I was going pretty slow anyway but it did surprise me. Hasn't happened before or since so I took it as a one off glitch.
This. Rather archaic way of doing it but it's the only way I have found that doesn't risk cancelling the charge. Risk is you forget to pick up your keys from where you left them.
Strangely my wife's Samsung has less trouble with AA than my Redmi Note 10 using the same cable. I have also discovered you can spell street names to Google maps for navigation which comes in handy. Saves me swearing at it so much!
I have a tethered zappi and Octopus Go. Schedule charging through the Myenergie (Zappi) app between 00:30 and 04:30. Works fine and easy once set up. Might get solar panels one day.
I have had a couple of occasions (over 3 months of having it) where the info screen has just gone black and nothing has worked. Both times I was connecting to/using AA. Turning car off for a few minutes and back on again fixed it. I do have issues with AA regularly but couldn't tell you if...
I am forever having issues with AA as well. BBC sounds app rarely works and when it does it often crashes Google maps and I end up with a black screen. Also find loses connectivity often and don't get me started on the voice dialling or navigation, I think I am running about a 95% failure rate...
