Thanks Guys it turns out the service place before i got the vehicle had taken the main junction apart and not put back together even though it did look together it wasn't. Fully functioning now I think the high voltage fuses(none blown) are also located in this junction box part number 10572667

Replaced the HV battery with one from wreck, wreck was fully drivable and had no codes listed The car is now showing code P0A0D00 and shows the error message...HV battery shut off, and vehicle control fault on dash. I have watched the YouTube video on swapping battery and he never had to do any...
