    I called Wilcox for a 1st service on mine and they declined as they didn't sell me the car so I doubt they would be much help for the OP

    Yeah, I'm lucky to get 200 miles on a full charge from my Trophy. Changed to this in August 23 after having the MG ZS which had much better range
