When I had my MG4, I always turned LKA off. After the SC077 update I found it was so much better, no need to turn off any longer- in fact I’d consider it a positive post SC077 in that if it was off by default, I’d probably fumble around in the menus to actually turn it on.

I had loads of issues when on R40, and the R63 fix really made a difference. You should be fine with a service as it’s (a) chargeable and (b) easy, so don’t worry about it.

Apalling service (or lack of) from here. Contacted them mid January to book car in for a fault, earliest they could do was second week of March.. Duly dropped car off the day before, and they looked at it as promised. unfortunately they couldn’t find the fault so I had to collect it again...

My car went in to dealer on Monday (for an unrelated fault) and they did the LKA update. What a difference!! I feel it is actually beneficial to have it activated now, whereas before it was bordering on dangerous sometimes. The yank on the wheel is just a gentle nudge now, and it bleeps to alert...

I too have a trophy ER, bought new last December. I've had many of these problems too (and more besides), booked it into local dealer mid January for a fault with the heated seats, earliest they could manage was 10th March, but in the interim more problems have arisen including radio crashing...
