I test drive the S5 yesterday at Everything Electric. I would get one tomorrow...unfortunately, my PCP has another 2 + years to go, but I am sure there will be even more progress by then.

Drove the MGS5 for 20 minutes at Everything Electric yesterday (17/04). Very impressed! You could clearly see that MG have taken some of the customer feedback to heart...

I had an Easee wall charger fitted (untethered) in June 2023. No problems with the app and the EDF EV tariff charges me 9p per kwh between midnight and 5am. And everything seems to function with the iSmart app as well...

Yes. In fact it was the post about how well the app was now working that prompted me to check. Shows everything I could ask for...except for the correct location!!

It has never occurred to me before but I have just discovered that when I try to find the location of my ZS the ismart app shows the location of my phone...NOT the vehicle. I discovered this by trying to access the location of my vehicle from Kingston, Jamaica where I was helping my mother...

Read some of the posts and decided to return to the vehicle and hold down the Start button. Got in all prepared to hold down the starter button but the vehicle...

Okay...so what will set off the alarm?

Have I got this completely wrong?? I thought that if I locked the car using the key fob, that set the alarm... My rear windscreen was smashed and my charging cable stolen and the alarm did not go off! Can anyone help? By the way, if you weren't already aware, parcel shelves and charging cables...
