Just found this on t'internet:
An Aussie reply to Trump’s rant about ‘NATO not being there for us’:
“Mate. You run a country with 600,000 homeless people sleeping on the street tonight. A country where 40% of adults can't cover a $400 emergency without borrowing money. A country where insulin...
You can take two paracetamol every 4 hours as well as ibuprofen in between. My dentist has an emergency out of hours number but if yours hasn't call 111 and they'll arrange an emergency appointment.
On the left-hand side of the screen tap the back arrow where it says Display by folder:All
It should then list all the albums by folder. Tap the album you want
Make sure the top of the windscreen where the camera is is clean.
Try and note the circumstances when it does and doesn't work so your dealer can investigate the problem.
And just to make sure it's not driver error check pages 238 onwards of the owner's manual. It's easy to swap between...
Derbyshire police used to do a similar course for the local IAM members. Half-an-hour on the skid pan doing figure of eights around traffic cones and then going round their off-road course in a V8 Land-rover.
I did a power slide to align the car up to go between the cones on the skid pan...
Funny you should say that. I used to help build the sets for the local theatre group as well as do the sound and lighting but have never been a scrubber.
My mate's a biker and full blown petrol head and is in the process of converting a barn into his home complete with solar panels and some form of heat exchanger for the heating.
I gave him and his partner a lift in my MGS5 and stuck it in sport mode to accelerate off an island. She became a...
A quick Google search shows there are problems across all manufacturers with their driver assistance systems seeing and reacting to motorcycles and there have been several cases of Tesla's not seeing them at all with disastrous consequences.
Rule 25: Members must take the earliest opportunity to go off topic only returning on topic when the off topic deviation has been fully discussed.
Rule 25A: While discussing the off topic deviation members are also allowed to deviate from the off topic deviation.
Rule 254B: The deviations...
The article is a load of bull droppings by the anti-Chinese EV press.
The picture in the article illustrating a rusty sill on a MGS5 isn't of a MGS5
The photo showing rust around the suspension is of a 27 year old unspecified MG.
The Bosch AeroTwins I've fitted to mine have the spoilers at the top.
The picture on Amazon of the Hayner HH2416TL have the spoiler at the top.
I think where the confusion lies is that yes, the spoiler goes at the bottom if it's an added moulding to the side of the wiper blade arm but the...
I bought my MG4 outright through choice although I probably wouldn't have qualified for any PCP or HP agreement as I hadn't any income having just taken early retirement.
I traded in the MG4 for the MGS5 and once again I paid the difference in cash.
I looked at the MGS5 when they first came...
When I had my MG4 they replaced the passenger door button and the central charging unit under warranty. Yes it took several visits over a few months to get the CCU replaced because of all the diagnostic work my dealer had to do but it was done and a courtesy car was provided each time it went in.
I'm with you there. I might watch but it comes under the spectator classification not the participating category, a bit like bungee jumping, wire rope walking, and mountain climbing. Mind you nowadays with my joints running for a bus is a spectator sport 🤣
The MGS5 comes with a type 2 charging cable although you might have to ask the dealer for one as they don't keep them with the car just in case they go walkies.
As for whether or not to go untethered or tethered is a personal choice. I went untethered because it looks neater, I keep the cable...
I can confirm that despite Amazon saying they aren't compatible the Bosch A721S blades do fit with no problems.
The Bosch H252 also fit but with the slight modification as mentioned by @Joningy
https://www.mgevs.com/threads/wiper-blade-size-and-hook-type.22560/post-398569
I have fitted both...
I don't drink much alcohol nowadays but when fancy a pint it's Theakston Old Peculier or Hobgoblin Ruby Beer.
If I'm with friends at the pub it's Guinness 0.0
I'd be more concerned about that possibility if we were all driving Russian or American cars. China is quietly taking over the world economically by becoming the world's manufacturers and not by force and shouting.
I bet going with @securespark to look at cars is like when I accompanied my father when he was looking at getting a new car when he retired.
If the salesman's attitude was wrong he'd walk out, if they didn't know their facts and figures he'd walk out, if they tried to bullshit him he'd walk...
I can't see the MOD ordering cars from a dealer. They'd go direct to the manufacturer so the Chinese will know which cars need the special modification.
I managed to fix my energy prices for 12 months in March ending my previous contract which expired in November early so hopefully prices will have returned to a sensible level by then.
But getting back to the question of would I install a heat pump, batteries and solar panels? No unless the...
I wasn't sure if every mobile phone disconnects or if the new digital network behaves the same but I think you are right. Another advantage of ringing a friend first is that it gives you a bit of thinking time and someone to talk about the dubious phone call with.
Scammers don't always hang up when you disconnect to ring the bank's number so you'll still be connected to them when you ring to check the validity of the call. To make sure you are not connected ring a friend first before ringing your bank.
