Went down to the Somme in a Toyota electric suv last week. Very impressive car and charging at both sides of the Chunnel was easy. charging at our gite easy too. as has been noted economical 50c per kWh typical. great case for EV ownership. Kia EV3 in my sights.

The EV opposition is part of the natural process of tech evolution. not to be taken too seriously - except that it is! happily it is part of dragging EV prices down which I personally very much welcome.

Rear end design of the MG4 is rather uncertain imho - so a touring version could work well.

I personally couldn't live with the numerous issues - 12V battery discharge risk for example - even when acknowledging that the car is basically a very good one. Hoping that MG will resolve them but fear they will not.

What is the peak kWh price?
