It might only be a problem for some phones, I found many threads regarding the S23U and AA. Maybe Xiaomi does not have this issue? Also, I had no problems with the using AA wired.

Settings - Device care - Memory - Ram plus - Turn off.
You will have to restart the phone after. I am not 100% that this was the setting that made it work as I tried a lot, and it might just be a coincidence but I would give it a try anyway. Works surprisingly flawless now!

Yes, I also remove it completely from my phone and also from the car but for some reason it automatically connects when using Android auto. Did you have to delete your car from Android Auto settings as well?
I have the device from Ali but it cuts out when playing music, and it seems to be because the car and the phone keep connecting the bluetooth, does anyone have this problem? I have 40s delay and upgraded the firmware.
