I've just had my second service with Richmond MG Southampton. All fine, petrol HS as courtesy car, (It took me an age to get used to changing gears and having a clutch :oops:) No charging update. It was explained to mee that they will only carry out software updates if it's on the campaign list...

...250 miles yesterday, mostly at mway speeds and returned 3.8miles /kWh. Obviously gettting warmer...

Perhaps the interesting bit is that he had his ipace in 2019 and then went to petrol in 22 before switching to diesel...

It's a classic of its genre...

Try looking at it another way... I can easily drive for 2 hours on a full battery in winter in my LR... re-charge to 85% while having a coffee and a toilet break, drive a further 2 hours, rinse and repeat...

Everyone's the same... £389 last year £630 this... managed to get down to £520 with less excess, courtesy car, etc which the previous policy didn't have... I blame the fact that the insurers now seem to own all of the repair infrastructure and can manipulate the market to their advantage...

I've used the Gridserve at Gatwick, both during the day when the facilities are open and after they've shut. Very nice, attendants on hand during opening hours and so on. Costa and relaxing area is spot on. After hours, so to speak... no availability for toilets. Finally, there's a 'maximum 1...

AS long as it doesn't have the MG4 tail, I'd have one... most of the MG4s I've seen loook filthy around the tail gate in winter...
