I’ve got a HS PHEV Exclusive and a few days ago it called emergency services (sos) for no reason at all did it three times in the space of 10 minutes they weren’t happy at the other end not done it since

Not really a lot they can do on the first service

Would be very interested to know how much it costs if you wouldn’t mind sharing

Hi Paul I’ve taken a 2 year service plan on my new car it’s cost £320 which I thought wasn’t to bad as I own a jaguar E Pace that cost an awful lot more than that for one service and I mean a lot more

Just a thought I had exactly the same trouble but with an EPace and the problem was the gel phone case impeding the connection removed it whilst in the car and hey presto worked perfectly

Oil actually is recycled well it used to be when I owned a garage apparently it was used for road resurfacing something to do with tarmac

Ah I thought exactly the same but sales said they have to keep them for a certain amount of time before they can resell (sounds like bull shit to me ) they are probably using it to get more sales but they said that there’s only 10 miles on the clock so we’ll see

Ordered mine middle of May this year but after reading all your reports I found one that has already been registered last month same spec so I’ve cancelled my order and bought this one get it next month Hs Exclusive PHEV with huge saving

I’ll be very honest I’ve not purchased mine to be green I’ve purchased mine for a smooth ride and economy sorry if this upsets anyone
