Hi, on a 50 kW charger you should have got a bit more than 30kW if you started at a low SOC day 20% and on a warm day. On a 22kW EVSE using a single phase cable you should get 7kW. Are the L2 and L3 populated on your car? This would be 3 phase.

When you reverse do you have your foot slightly on the brakes? My MG5 does it. It is just surface rust and soon clears off.
