Hi and welcome to the forum, The 7 year warranty only cover the HV stuff for 7 years most other items are 3 years or less. You could take it to a MG another dealer and ask them if you get them to do a service they will reinstate the warranty, no harm in trying.

Ask to see the SOH. My SR at 72k is at about 93% SOH.
