I think they changed the spec recently so it may be a bit confusing comparing current new spec cars (you say yours is a 2025 model so pretty new) to older spec cars.
Some of the latest May 2025 specs are given in this brochure :-...
I find it best to take out a passenger and let them try and source the rattle while you drive on the rough road. That way they can use their ears and push on various things that seem to be the source of the noise until they home in on it. I did similar for my neighbour and we found the rattle...
That's true, but most other cars I've driven bong quite loudly and consistently as soon as you open the door if you leave your headlights on. The MG4 just comes up with a message on the screen which you hardly ever see as you are already exiting the car by then. IMHO any facelift model should...
I usually got GAP Insurance on my Golf R's as they were qute a "nickable" car. Surprisingly the GAP premium for these types of car is no different to your usual car, so well worth it for peace of mind on cars that top the most stolen list. For the MG4 its less of a worry getting it stolen...
Thanks for doing my homework for me 😊😁😉.... looks like I'll be taking mine to Harrogate for its next service. Do you know if they do a courtesy car too if booking in good time ?
Looking good 👍... I think they just scan near an existing valve to pick up the code and clone it to a new Autel sensor and repeat for each different existing wheel.
Thanks for posting and looking 😎😎😎👌
Really bad luck with the puncture but looks to be in a repairable position (hopefully).
As @salty says plenty more photos please (start a new thread if you want !!)
Be careful about mods if it's a lease as they may want everything looking OEM when...
What a let down🫣 ! .... but at least the car was there 👍.
What colour and spec (Excellence?) have you gone for ?.
I've been following the personal lease prices and they seem to be readily available at the moment at a good monthly price (some are pre reg. so must be desperate to lease)...
I'm pretty sure I've read on here that the Autel TPMS sensors work on the MG4. These are readily available and your existing TPMS sensors can be cloned to the new Autel ones as they are programmable. You can buy the full kit yourself but a good tyre place should be able to do the cloning 👍
I plug mine into a powerbank (positioned under the passenger car mat with velcro) It's cool and dark down there and will last 24 hours or more so I get full parking footage. I just replace the powerbank when needed. I did have to buy a separate long enough USB cable though to replace the...
Thanks for the update and I guess it's what we were expecting here in the UK.
MG in Australia, or certainly some delaers there, seem to take a different stance which is even more infuriating for UK owners. @ilukey77 has had his vibration completely fixed according to his experience and...
