I think you're probably correct. It was odd that it took 10 miles and a stop before the car decided to get upset about it. Once the correct wheel was put back on, all the systems reset themselves almost immediately.

I get high readings (170 plus) if I start the fully charged car with the climate system turned off. Basically it adds 10% to the expected mileage. Putting it into Economy mode adds another 10%.
