I just pay for the 1 or 2 months in the year when I’m planning a longer trip across Europe - otherwise I don’t really need it for the charging stop planning etc and just use Waze or Google for navigation.
I agree though that for a paid piece of software correct functioning should be expected.
I don’t think the dongle is the problem / it is ABRP not having Cyberster correctly setup in their software. My vLinker MC+ works fine as long as I say the car is MG4.
I wondered about that so thanks for testing. I guess I’ll carry on with my MG4 picture and definition! I’ll do as requested too. I have to say that on a long continental trip last year ABRP with the ODB dongle estimated arrival SOC pretty well using the MG4 definition.
First service today at 1 year and just under 8,000 miles.

The problem starts with the EV Management page and the one where you should be able to set the charge limit. Neither of those last two get a response.
The car Telecoms...
I no longer seem to be able to set the charge limit to anything other than 80% through the App (latest version on iOS)
I just get a “Failed” message at the bottom of the screen. It did work in the past but not now.
In fact I can’t even get to the completed EV Management page - I get a timed out...
