Yes bizarre having a car in the garage I know! Our charger is also just to the left inside door and the cable runs in a rubber cable protector channel diagonally to the other side. It was setup like that for the Tesla M3 we had before. The plug is in a wall mounted holster to keep it off the floor.
Just keep in mind that with the Cyberster creep mode in reverse, having a physical block on the floor to stop the rear wheels is I feel, a good idea to avoid inadvertent rear damage / leaving clearance for boot access.
They say they don’t have anything nor it seems any plans to even think about it unless someone comes up with a module they can install. Perhaps other enquiries to them from other owners might stimulate some interest but it doesn’t look that hopeful- ideally an MG s/w update would do it of course!
Last week a stone hit our windscreen and made a triple impact star pretty much in the middle of the screen.
Autoglass just been to see it and concluded it needs complete replacement screen as overall damage area too large and too big a dip in the surface.
Not surprisingly Autoglass don’t have...
I did get a reply in the end from them ….
“Hi John,
It's quite an interesting car!
Would you be interested to visit us in Vegas to have a lookt at it?
If you require any further information, feel free to contact me
Best Regards, Sven Tornow”
Unfortunately I won’t be passing Vegas any time...
Has anyone else noticed that when in cruise control going downhill the Cyberster isn’t able to just smoothly stay at the set speed. It seems to have to frequently make slight speed adjustments which are noticeable. It isn’t due to adaptive cruise as no car in front. You are conscious of the...
I pretty much agree with everything @internet says but with the addition of having an Electroverse card / account which is particularly useful off motorways I find (ie in cities and towns, overnight or tourism stops).
I agree with @m0rph that Mr Musk’s antics throw something of a “short-circuit...
I emailed these people I used before on BMW convertibles but no reply. Perhaps others might add their requests to them as they clearly know what they are doing

Our garage is big enough but I try to reverse park close to the driver door for easier access to the back on the other side. The driver door stops itself if I am too close to the wall but I can just manually push up further to get out. I have a rubber bump stop fixed to the floor across the back...
I’m not sure I understand the keenness to have wireless charging and wireless CarPlay in the Cyberster. A simple (good quality) USB-A cable with the massive inconvenience of plugging it into your phone which then sits safely in the slot in the console gives you perfectly good phone charging and...
No not yet although car booked into dealer mid Jan to investigate further and look at passenger window stickiness issue.
Now when I gently close the flap the “pin” on the flap misses the hole into which it is supposed to go (pin is too low) which I think relates to the same misalignment of the...
Have you tried using the Tesla Supercharger network. I think all are "open" ie to non-Teslas in the EU and I have always found them plentiful, reliable and economical. Some now use contactless credit cards but all can be used with the Tesla App as a non-Tesla owner. You just need to pre-register...
