I didn’t check that, just used the air pump at the garage

As they were over inflated I still would have needed to use the pump to remove air or add it though

2.2 bar is the recommended pressure. I’ve seen another post that said the tyres where overinflated why the car was delivered.

Yes, it did. I just thought I’d check the pressure having done 1500 miles. As it happens, they were all over-inflated (about 2.6 bar, when they should be 2.2). The pump got stuck and I wiggled it like you normally do and the stem snapped. As they’re made from alloy they don’t have any flex.

Hi all, my valve stem snapped when I was checking tyre pressure. This seems to be a pain to replace as quite a few garages don't supply the part, some don't even do MGs at all. looks like I've got to take it to the dealers and these are few and far between.
