    All Android users, advice please

Cool. Again, can't use a lot of apps -they just become unresponsive often (but equally, they sometimes work fine). Possibly to do with my budget phone -maybe just not powerful enough to deal with it? (Not sure if that's possible but wouldn't surprise me) Why do you have films on in the car. Is...

    All Android users, advice please

Thanks might give it a try. Just annoys me -such a simple thing -why does it not auto-scan (or remember) every time the car starts? It knows something is plugged into the USB c but it's like it's an empty drive until I remove and reinsert it.

    All Android users, advice please

See me first post on this thread about that... (Music stored locally on phone and played through apps like musicolet often just doesn't work - I'll get an "app is not responding right now" error. And as I'm using the phone (connected via usb a) for maps can't play through bt. Hence the whole...

I retract that statement. It did it automatically once. Since then I've had to take it out and reinsert to get it to show up. Nevermind!

    All Android users, advice please

So I bought another flash drive (16gb instead of 128gb -i only had about 15gb of music on the big one anyway). It appears to be sorted. As opposed to having to take out and reinsert to get the car to recognise it, it loaded up automatically (when inserted before turning the car on). Fingers...

    All Android users, advice please

That's the whole point-I need the usb A for the phone. What size flash drive out of interest? Maybe this is too much for it to deal with on startup. Seems weird though

    All Android users, advice please

So I now have a usb-c flash drive. Loaded with music. Works great. EXCEPT. Seems to need to be removed and plugged in every time we start the car in order to trigger a scan of the files. Any experience anyone else?

Oh cool yes I have the standard edition so no wireless AA. Hadn't even considered that. Could you share a link to the android box you've bought? (I've ordered a usb c flash drive for local music but that would still be interesting).

    All Android users, advice please

And do you find it ever does the "musicolet is not responding" at all? I wonder if I'm missing something obvious (e.g. I just went out to the car to play around with different cables etc and turned off USB debugging. Obviously right now it's working... but maybe with maps running etc it's just...

    All Android users, advice please

I am just browsing the forum here for AA / music issues as my phone / the car will sometimes just have issues and stop playign music giving a generic error like "(app) is not responding". This seems to occur mostly when playing music stored locally on the phone, although it has happened with...

    British gas/Hive/change charger?

Thanks -someone else has told me this so I'm hoping to make the move but still waiting on hive to get back to me following their investigation then I want to know if they'll refund the charger and let me leave (ideally with waived exit fees)

    BG/Hive/EO Charger/FreeCharge troubles

Hi all, Currently on BG fixed one v32, but looking at switching to the electric driver v5 tariff (looks like it'll be much cheaper to charge overnight). The other option is the Price Promise but by my calculations it'll be more expensive overall. Hive/Freecharge so far is a joke - 50/50 as to...
