Just remember that doesn't mean you have that range, it can adjust very quickly downwards with the type of drive you do next (speed, HVAC, outside temp taken into consideration) MG4s get about 250ish summer and 180-190ish in winter, MGS5 won't be far off that either way I'd imagine.

Whatever works best but I don't find it a faff

We have two cars added to the home and just switch between them, one has full API integration so the ohme knows the cars state of charge and you just set the charge limit. The other car, mg4 we use the add% method

It depends on what state of charge you start from, if you were below 10% it would have ramped right up

It's not a bad schedule in the sense that you are getting what you need/ask for and octopus are plotting the schedule to balance the grid

Was also in China, a member from there mentioned it first, no one knows if they have cured it or merely masked it in later cars. Hence the numerous debates over the monrhs about the potential for premature wear on parts
