    Will the HS PHEV Trophy 2025 precondition via the MG iSmart app in the same way as MG pure electric cars?

    I have the MG ZS hybrid trophy and should have the function to pre warm etc but the app will just not work despite the iSmart team saying it’s working perfectly well.

    That’s exactly what I’m getting on my app. ISmart-service team not much help. They say it needs the telematics box reset by an authorised workshop.

    I’ve had exactly the same issues with my 2025 plate ZS hybrid Trophy and the iSmart-service team say I have to have the telematics box reset in an authorised workshop. I will have to get it booked in.
