Had a bad experience with Gridserve, their older charger wouldnt connect to the car ( mg5 zs lr ) but fortunately at the next services there where the newer ones and they worked perfectly.

happened to me a few times, stop and lock the car,( to hard turn off the radio) start the car gain and it clears

Not just me being stupid then, i must admit though, i did contact them at the time and they re set the point remotely. Still wouldn't charge though!

Interesting, I went up to lake Windermere from Nottingham last month.180 miles on a normal 220 charge range ( I run a bit on the motorway to work ) . Pulled in at the services for a coffee and a charge. Plugged in to a gridserve charge point, would not talk to the car. Eventually found out...

The dealership said that if i ordered a new one it would come tinted anyway, i was wondering if the se model isn't tinted, maybe i could have one of those fitted?

I don't know if its a light tint or a dark one. I do know i can't tell if its a police car behind me or not!
