    Worn out seat! Anyone else?

I've got a similar issue developing in my 70 plate ZS, namely splitting along the outside of the seat bolster. Really would have expected it to last longer than 40,000 miles.

    Please check your AA cover

I took out a service plan when I bought the car 3 years ago, and have had need of the AA a few times over the piece. Every time it's been in for the service, the renewal of the cover hasn't happened, despite mentioning it to then, and asking when I picked the car up. On the upside, when I've...

Not how I thought today was going to pan out...

I give up. AA agreed to recover the car to Rutherglen, but because the driver was delayed, he had to phone and confirm they'd be OK with the handover being after the service department closes. They then inform him that the waiting time to even look at it is the end of April, and I may be...

Not how I thought today was going to pan out...

Had genuinely thought it was ok. Hasn't missed a beat since it came back from Longbridge until this morning. Just a few wee niggles I found prepping for the MOT, but nothing traction related.

Arnold Clark Linwood - MG Dealer Discussion, Opinions & Experiences

Have been using this dealer for my service plan work. TBH, I'm wishing I hadn't. As recorded elsewhere on here, my ZS has now broken down several times. At first, that was just quite annoying, but no problem, the AA recovery was sorted. EXCEPT, that's now twice they've had my car in for its...

Not how I thought today was going to pan out...

Well....this is a thread I really hoped to never resurrect... Driving home from a friend's house, and it's done it again Oh yeah, and once again, MG Linwood haven't put the car back on the AA Assistance list after the service and MOT in October, despite me specifically asking if they'd...

Interesting/worrying story from Scotland - ZS with no brakes.

I think that's probably the same warning that's been on most cars for decades, not to turn off the ignotion when you're driving

Interesting/worrying story from Scotland - ZS with no brakes.

The EPB is a separate switch on the centre console, not the one in the centre of the drive selector. You lift and hold the switch to activate everything, and it makes a bit of a racket, so you know it's on.

Best All Season Tyres for MG4

Personal preference has been for Hankooks. Had them on my old Golf, have them on my current ZS. I've found the wear rate to be about the same on both, and they've been pretty decent in the depths of winter. My oldies have a set of Vectors fitted to their Volvo V70, and they been saying good...

    Key battery

Depends on how diligently they do the service... mine definitely weren't.

Whats the minimum battery level for the car to work?

As noted, the car does give you multiple warnings, from the level lines flashing (yeah, you should take note of this) right down to the turtle (this is nae, nae kiddin time). Whilst the battery won't be "flat" in the traditional sense of no charge left, and the GOM is really only a guess of...

    New LED light-bar fitted!

I know I'm a bit late in asking, but I'm just wondering if you know which wire they tapped into for a connection to the main beam?

    Driving with charge port open

Managed to leave the cover off, and then drove through a blizzard... I don't recommend it. I've put a wee bit of reflective tape on the top edge of the hatch on my mk1, sticks up just high enough for me to see from the driving seat.

Post your MG ZS EV battery SOH data please

I'm currently sitting at around 28k miles, and 93½%, but what I have noticed over the last wee while is occasional blips in battery health, where the % value has actually gone up slightly. Has anyone else noticed anything similar?
