I’ve found the culprit, it’s a speed camera warning. I happened to be the SATNAV screen today and I got the bong together with a message on top of the map. Seems it only tells you if are on the appropriate screen

Hi yes I do, it did happen once just after I turned.

No it's not that, both times only doing about 15mph max. It's a much lower tone than the speed limit warning. Absolutely nothing at all.

2025 75 PLATE MG4 EV TROPHY. I've noticed a deep bong sound from my car a couple of times in the last week. I have absolutely no idea what it means. Does anyone know please?

I have Artist/Album/Track, but no track numbers, just names. It's on a 128GB Sandisk stick, formatted EXFAT. It just won't retain the stick contents.

Hi they are MP3 files in folder by artist, then by album. The usb stick is a Sandisk 128GB with about 75GB free space. It's formatted as ExFat.

My MG4 Trophy reloads the contents of the USB stick every time I get in the car. Why doesn't it retain it? I have about 600 tracks in folder by artist. Once loaded it seems to work ok, but it 5 minutes to load.

I got back into the car and got a message that Forward Safety System was unavailable. I tried setting it to AC and it said this was also unavailable. I then set it to Speed Assist Mode. It then seemed to be ok. It must be something I did or possible a dicky connection to the front camera or...

Ok I’ll take a look at those items, I was on the second one on MG Pilot, which is Speed Limit Assist, When it did this I pulled and turned this to off, but it made no difference, it still stayed at 30. I was in a 30, which then went to 40, 60, 40, 60, but into wouldn’t move past 30.

Collected my new MG4 Trophy on the 17th and all seemed ok, but today while driving home, irrespective of the speed limit it’s stuck on telling me the speed limit is 30mph and restricts me to this. I can kick down and override it, but it then warns me of overspeed. I’ve contacted the dealer and...
