Unfortunately I am no good with popping off panels to wire up a sub and amp so I got my local audio specialist to do it for me as well as hardwiring front and rear dashcam
I think yes based on what you've explained you can certainly benefit from having an MG or any EV for that matter. Some things to consider to make it beneficial:
AC/Heating: does play a part in your range, the more you use the less your range
Public Charging: the more you use the higher the...
Trophy - I have thinkware front and rear dashcam installed professionally the same time as my subwoofer and amplifier - it's on a company lease scheme so no soldering was done to void any warranties.
I got a sub and amp installed in mine and now it's a proper sound system! I could also change the speakers to make it even better but don't feel the need to anymore - highly recommend getting a sub and amp if you're into your music.
I'm having similar issues with random faults popping up but this is normally when the infotainment screen is being slow in loading up - I've noticed the last week the longer it takes for the infotainment screen to load, that's when random faults start appearing. But they tend to disappear if I...
ahh the dreaded ICE parked in a charging bay!
But then again - i'm assuming your favourite Chinese is within the range of the car to your home so you would rarely if ever, use it (unless it was free to use then why not!)

That's awesome I will certainly try that today - does it maintain that setting once you adjust it or does it go back to default setting when you get back in the car next time? (Like it does with the drive modes and LKA for example)
I don't think it's the end of the world though because alot of the EV chargers we get installed at home will come with the tether. Also the rapid chargers that i've used come with a cable anyway.
In my trophy i'm getting between 220-240 depending on the usage of climate control when charged to 100% and put everything on eco mode.
Must admit for long journeys I am having to get used to trying not to use the climate control where possible - it will be interesting to see the impact once...
I've also recently done the full solar shift: Panels + Battery + EV (MG4) and it's been worth the switch. I read for your EV battery efficiency, it's best to charge it up to 80% unless you need to go long distance, but with so much solar going back to the grid for peanuts, would you just charge...
