Hi! For Singapore, the batteries are LFP. So our versions dont have that much of a sensitivity to charging to a 100%. Thus, i guess the app version in our region removed that capability.
Exactly my sentiments - although i cant say that i have driven Teslas or performance cars. But with this kind of review coming from your extended experiences, i cant help but grin ear to ear.
I still do get the occassional "Oh, an MG? ....but why?"
I think this was covered in another recent thread. Basically the brightness depends on whether you have your headlights on or off. To adjust:
Turn off your headlights manually
Adjust screen brightness
This will be the brightness when your headlights are off.
Next, turn on your headlights...
Yeah, the only issue now is when another driver (aka my wife) drives the car, she would need to disable to OPD, and let the regen be on 1, then enabling MG Pilot.
How i wish theres a profile setting for different users...
Oh, i was under the impression that regen does not engage the brake pads and discs, and that the brakes will last much longer? I have not seen any purple residue when washing my wheels for about 2 months now. I may have understood this wrongly then
I disabled Auto-Hold. Pete is right... that "parking disengage" feel when u move off is no longer there. And OPD still slows down to a stop when the accelerator pedal is released, after which the "A" icon for autohold appear. So not much difference as to how its been behaving, except the extra...
This reminds me of something - i do realise, in OPD, once you come to a complete stop and give it another minute, you will feel something engaging/disengaging.
