Hi, you need to turn off “dead reckoning in the sat nav settings. That then allows it to work. It’s posted in the thread above!

Mines the same, hopefully Apple will have an update soon. Last one was 3 months ago!

I didn’t have the first Gen, but do have the new one. With regards to balancing, I did this last week. Once it’s finished charging, the top green light constantly flashes, once the balancing has been done, all the lights go out.

My app has been down for the last few days. I have tried everything! I am now putting it down to a server issue. As their seems to be a few people with app issues. Mine is saying it cannot find the cars GPS.

They were true to their word with me! I’m collecting mine on Friday, same car as yours. Ordered mid Nov
