What happens when you have to pay first then you plug in and it won’t charge? You lost your cash?

Does the car need to be locked when charging? I’ll be using a public charger for the 1st time next month. I’m just thinking if I’m sat inside and car locked the alarm will go off.

I’d rather pay now to be honest rather then getting a huge bill down the line.

What’s the best way of getting in touch with them? I tried phoning and email and their CS is awful. I joined in Feb and I’ve still not been charged for anything.

Think it was more of a glitch in the app, when I got in the car it was back to normal and it was as I left it the previous day.

I’d go with the app, it’s had an update. Mine did exactly same when the app updated. It also said it was -40 inside the vehicle.

Try and charge it to 80%. If you can’t you’ve got a SR. If you can you’ve got LR.

But it wouldn’t be that price would it as costs go up each year. Least I know I’m locked into that price so when it goes up which it will do I’ll still be paying what I’m paying now.
