My MG ZS EV's display flickers, there is a ticking sound in the right corner, and it won't start in the morning. The alarm also goes off. I have measured the 12-volt battery, and it reads 14.8 volts. What could be wrong?

I haven't solved it yet. I've also tried connecting the negative terminal of the 12-volt battery, but it hasn't helped.
