Yeah; I actually prefer the feel of the car in normal mode, I like that fraction of a second delay before all hell breaks loose.

That's the nature of the beast though - once you pass a certain point, it costs more and more to eek out less and less improvement. The X Power is really sitting in a sweet spot of price against performance - you can see the effect trying to squeeze another 10% improvement out has on cost.

How would LKA learn? What driver behaviours could it key off to either reduce false positives or activate where it wouldn't have previously? I'm both doubtful, and seeing an opportunity to do science to see if I can calm it "TF" down with some manipulative inputs... 😉

I still think we ought to be able to project a hologram of a man carrying a red flag in front of the car.

I quite like it; not my cup of tea, but the extra length actually seems visually more appealing, at least from that angle.

Music up... 🤘 Speaking of traction control, am I the only one who finds it much more subtle and less annoying than the "brick wall" one tends to encounter in ICE cars? In my Zs the first thing I did in the dry was turn all that stuff off; I just haven't felt the need to do so in the X.

My previous car (Hyundai) added a GPS speedo on the nav display with a software update. It was most instructive as to the real speed. A subsequent update even added average speed through relevant camera sections - very neat. I don't think the manual limiter can actually do "current" speed - it...

One thing I have noticed is how little brake dust it seems to throw out. Some combination of mostly using regen and it's all lurking behind the orange covers... :ROFLMAO:

The tyres have a noticable cold phase, too, especially in colder weather.
