AIUI, if you buy a new EV from April onwards, you pay £10 for first year. Thereafter, you pay the "standard" rate. Basically, exactly the same as ICE vehicles have been doing for years now - one price in year 1, then the standard rate.

The eTourneo isn't, it's a ground up design. The ICE/hybrid baby Tourneo is based on the VW Caddy platform, the pure electric one is 100% Ford (and looks nothing like the others).

The upcoming e-Tourneo Courier is slightly (8%!) bigger at 54kWh.
