Same issue here. Could it have something to do with cold weather to preserve the 12V battery? A bit annoying when this is also the time I would want it the most to preheat and defrost…

Sounds like Drive MG Bristol North: Infotainment kept crashing aftet every fast charge. Said I’d be liale for diagnostic fee and afterwards acknowledged I was right.

I was fuming at how corrupt it all felt. It felt so wrong putting it through insurance but we at the time felt like we had no other option (we were also under a bit of time pressure). The profiteering that happened throughout the entire process was disgusting.

Finally, the pictures MG took of the connection.

After just one month of use, the charge port door / charge flap mechanism stopped working. The 'receiving' end on the car 'fell' into the car'. The pin and door itself are still in excellent condition. There is now just a hole where the mechanism used to be. I booked it in with MG Bristol North...

Hi all! We just took delivery of our replacement MG5 and it has a ‚bump‘ in the footwell behind the driver’s seat (right). It’s hard to capture, so I took a video. Has anyone experienced this before or happens to know what‘s underneath? Would be nice if it’s as simple as lodging something back...
