Everything runs of the HV battery when the car is on. The 20% sSOC limit IS too high. It was the same on my Ioniq 5 but that was reduced to 10% owing to issues. Agree about the statement re 12v charging and car plugged in or charging it is unclear. However, best to not let the SOC drop below 20%...

The 12v does not get charged is the HV battery is less than 20%. Not sure it matters if the car is plugged in or not as the 20% is the key figure. Hope the rest is sorted out quickly.
