When I had my MG4 windscreen replaced by Autoglass I had several alarm messages. They warned it may happen because they have to recalibrate the forward looking radar system.. its worked fine since.
Sadly my drivers one has worn thru a hole aftet 3 years but they're so cheap its not a bad idea to replace them after that period. Or even just the drivers, I don't do a particular high mileage.
Will arc Only when the car connector is removed whilst charging/discharging. It would be prudent to stop the charging first. Yes I would have thought the connector lock was a simple solenoid latch, I had one replaced on my zappi charger and it was very simple and a small box.
For me the orange bar appears randomly and very infrequently about once every 2 or 3 months. Regardless of SOC or weather. Reverts to green next time screen switched on. Also very, very infrequently the info screen goes blank.
I cant see why the Cyberster would use a particular granny lead.. they should all be 13A plug protected. I do have an MG one which came with my MG4 but they are basically all the same. I bought a Ford one off ebay for my wifes Renault Zoe years ago and thats been fine, in fact it has a longer...
I bought a 3 pin socket adapter lead from tough leads for plugging into my MG4 for emergency loads, a lot less than the MG version. I was very impressed, it is chunky, tough and well made. I also would always use this company rather than risking a foreign one.
That is dicy.. you will get to know over time what the car will do especially if you know the route but also allow for the weather, wind, rain and temperature.. I've been caught out almost with a strong tail wind on the outward leg and the same headwind returning, the difference is remarkable.
Sounds to me like your battery sees a load and continues charging.. hence the lower power. You can stop this in the zapping settings somewhere. I use intelligent go so a bit out of touch with drilling down in the zappi.
Have you tried using the cars scheduling? That may work..
