Thanks for such a detailed reply. The SSEN Engineer did say they could turn the supply up, but they would need to assess what to first and consider the impact on others. The alternative is to switch our house to a difference phase (?).
The Pod-point cut out at about 207V. Did not come back...
I recently learned that electricity network operators are legally required to maintain the voltage within a specific range. This range is defined as +10% and -6% of the 230V nominal voltage which results in an allowed voltage range of 216.2V to 253.0V.
