May I boldly ask how do you check what version you have? Did you use a obd2 scanner? Because I went for an update yesterday at my dealer for the css update. And still cant charge at tesla. So i have the feeling they dont know what they are doing.

I've got the same "problem" to! It's a loud dong sound, but there is nothing in the screen that shows what is going on? It happens roughly every third drive.
