Thank you to everyone who said they don't use Auto 🤣 very useful. Knowing that auto is malfunctioning in my car I don't use it either but this doesn't resolve the original problem. I'm hoping someone who had this issue resolved by service will eventually chip in to shed some more light.

I searched for similar threads and couldn't find anything related to the issue I'm experiencing. Namely, when the fans / climate control is set to auto, It takes about 5 - 10 minutes for the fans to come on after switching them on. But if I set the temp and power to manual, the fans come on...

I will get it as soon as it stops raining. I used the 3M tape that doesn't leave residue. So if I ever get a dealer to fix it I can remove the tape easily and leave no marks.

I stuck a 3m tape around that small window and no noise. Dealer was not interested in my case too. :(
