I'm using my mobile number as my username and this seems to be accepted but I then get the prompt to bind.

I went through an update of the iSMART app on 19th December 2023. After the update the app informed me that it was unbound to the car. Have you booked the car into an MG dealership to get the issue resolved? Is the problem intermittent or is a permanent fault? There was no simple fix in my case, but I documented what was performed at the dealership.
