Forgot to update folks on this... I removed the button unit from the drivers door, removed the connectors and connected back up again and all worked fine. Must have been a dodgy connection.

Good question! Just experimented...passenger button works every time. Even when the driver button is a bit tempermental.

Both the driver window and front passenger window seem to have a fault where they go down but don't go back up. I try the window switch again and again and eventually (sometimes first time, sometimes 20th time) it will go up. Driver's side is slightly worse but both have same fault. Sounding...

Battery SOH was 100% on service last month. Of course the 'buffer' will have lost a bit.
