Not been colder than -7C here thus far this winter but app has been working for me with defrost and seat warmers. Mine is parked in a car port but the warm air removes the ice that forms on the windshield, and the interior is rather toasty after about 5mins. Im curious to see how well it works...

You need to turn off DST, it doesnt do this automatically.

That could just be a rounding error... Granted, i have not seen this myself yet. If I have it set to charge to 100% then it's been at 100% when i entered the car.. I wouldnt worry too much about it unless it becomes a recurring thing, then i would ask the dealership to run whatever diagnostics...

Just a heads up on this one, Guardsman are now selling these for the MGS5 and mine was just shipped!

I tried it briefly but i didnt like the looks of it.. Kinda just using ABRP now because it can also get the SOC through AA. It will easilly plan longer trips with up to date map and charger information etc.

Yeah this is not what is happening in my case at least. I have sinced also switched phone from Samsung S24 Ultra to S25 Ultra, and the issue persists at the exact same geographic locations. Im pretty sure its down to external radio noise now, possibly because of inadequate transmitter power or...

I removed the led bar from my old car when washing it in machine so at to not get water in it. Its only two allen key bolts and the wiring harness uses a quick connector. But of course, less work to leave them on.. :D I will look for other thread.

Not too fussed about it. If I should go on a longer trip I can always remove them. Would be interesting to do a test when/if I get some installed tho!

Im guessing its AA which uses wifi and BT. Its kinda messed up, not sure if the issue is with the car software, AA or phone. I think anyone using AA has the same issue but feel free to chime in. (this is also discussed in my thread about AA issues)

Hm thats interesting. I need to try this next time i want to place a call while driving. I recon you mean that you do this on the phone, as in on the on-call menu you switch between speaker and bt?

Yeah it doesnt come with a sunroof option in Norway either. Im guessing its a European thing?
