Thanks for these suggestions, guys! I will try that. The reason I always sit in the car is because it takes so long to connect, and sometimes I have to press the "start charging" button which then changes to "preparing..." and eventually goes back to saying "start charging" when it can't start...

When I try to go to the charging interface on the display it tells me the car needs to be on for this to be available. It won't show me the screen/menu where I can initiate the charge. Interesting. So you'd expect this to be possible with the car off entirely?
