I have bound my MG ZS EV to the iSmart app and it works as expected when on Wi-Fi but refuses to work when on the phone signal. I have both my email and phone number on the app and it worked on V1 but has not worked since upgrading to V2. This is not handy when trying to use the warm up feature...

I have an even older iPhone 7, and I cannot get the app to work at all either. Any suggestions or am I supposed to go out and buy a new phone just to get the app to work..
