    Are you talking Air Sourced Heat Pumps (ASHPs) or Ground Sourced Heat Pumps (GSHPs)? In a car it's an ASHP.

    I'm pretty sure that's wrong. Norway is one of the biggest users of heat pumps to heat their homes. Even very cold air still has heat...
