MG ES 2022- Multimedia screen freezes when I`m on a call

Hey all, and thank you for the help. I`ve got ES 2022, and when I connected it to CarPlay and have a call- the multimedia screen is freezes until the call is over, I`m attaching my multimedia version screenshot. Does anyone know how to solve it? thanx Also, can I change radio stations through...
