    Advise please (long term parking)

I got my lovely new ZS EV on the 1st March, just getting into the swing of it and I’ve broken my ankle. Unlikely to be driving it for a little while, is there anything I need to do or is it okay to sit on the drive looking pretty for a while?

I’m with Tusker and it’s been okay so far, worth adding it also includes the cost of fitting a charging point! Mine is being fitted next week.

    Charging query

So until I get my home charging port fitted I am managing on a bit of granny charging then a top up at a public charger. My query is this, if if says it’s a 22 kw charger how come the best I got was 7kw. I’m sure there is a sensible answer but right now I’m feeling a bit ripped off 🤣 to be...

From what I was told it was to keep the costings down but who knows. It’s still a lovely car, I hope I haven’t disappointed you but having spent the first couple of hours on the phone to tusker trying to get an answer and being scared to take it out in case they had delivered the wrong car I...

I’m 6 days into having my zs long range via the tusker and this forum has been invaluable, be prepared as they basically drop the car off and hand you the key which put me in a real tailspin. Mine also came without the expected panoramic roof which apparently they stopped doing as standard a...

    Random query

Hi All, I’ve just been reading through the owners manual and it says something about being careful when cleaning the car, specifically when using a jet washer. Given I used to take my old car somewhere that does use them I’m a bit cautious, has anybody had any problems, I don’t want to...

That does look scary, thank goodness you were around to spot it. I’ve just spent £60 on a heavy duty extension with RCD protection so I’m hoping it will be up to the task but I will make sure the first few times I use it are during daytime hours so that I can keep checking, somebody also...

Thanks, I think I will feel better once I have my charger fitted at home, until then I’m going to do granny charger from 6pm to 7am with a faster charge at a charge point at the weekends 😊 hopefully that should keep me going.

Not a huge amount, maybe about a tenner more but figured worth it for peace of mind.

Having just read the comments I’m about to buy one of these, any recommendations on which one as there are three on the website, one without RCD and two with.
