just got my new hs phev trophy can't get ismart either, says ismart not available sent a message to mg support haven't heard anything yet ?

I did it today had to get my foot quite a bit under the center of the rear bumper then pull it back worked about 3 times out of 5

Hi all new to the forum just taken ownership of a hs phev in pearl white and up to now very impressed but one thing that is not working is the I smart,I have logged in but it states ismart not available get InTouch with sales ,any advice please thanks
