Witter do one, however make sure electrics are dedicated as otherwise you get fault code when put into reverse, or you have to switch off sensors…. Bit of a faff…

No, just a strip down of the servo which was in the way and put it back together. This is a great car let down by many many issues, all small, self correcting but annoying to say the least….

The reason this does the main bean not available is due to fogging of the sensor in the windscreen, it clears after a while but still another issue with the most unreliable car I have ever owned…..all little issues but….

Yes, mine failed as well, booked in to spirit mg in Corby, strip out of servo to get at it, just another issue with this car, not a reliable car, great to drive, poo to own !

There is an update on the software to cure this issue apparently..... dealers should know about this... mine happened 6 months ago, updated after i informed dealer, so far so good... car is very buggy with all these issues, about time mg sorted them all.

Had this issue, came back on after 15 mins, dealer has installed software”fix” which has been issued this week by mg…. We shall see….

Yes, this has happened to me aswell, opened tailgate, put all our camping gear inside ( Lots of gear !!! Glamping I guess ) and the tailgate wouldn’t close, this was second time this has happened to us. I just shut by hand and all is well again, I tried turning car on, starting, stopping, all...

It’s only DAB in rear window, fm, am and the gps are in the shark fin apparently…

Hi everyone, ok so I have had confirmation from MG and our dealer here in Corby, on the HS PHEV the sharks fin holds the infotainment aerial, the GPS aerial, the top three lines in the rear windscreen heating element are for the DAB radio and serve NO function to de-mist the screen. So, mystery...

Hi Pto, I showed dealer the email I got ( similar to yours I guess) he said the reply from MG was not from their tech dept but from customer relations who probably didn’t know, he stated categorically it was an aerial…. And, as we know dealers are always right…..

Hi Everyone, so, confirmation from dealer that the top three wires are the DAB radio aerial, the shark fin is the gps and the other radio aerials, he said that one of the other MG's has a similar system using the bottom couple of wires.... this makes sense as most HS owners on here say theirs do...
