I have complained to MG, but haven't yet had a response.

Sadly this remains unresolved. The dealership has now had the car for 3 months. Apparently special equipment is required to safely open up the battery [Incidentally this dealership has never had to do this before]. This was ordered from MG but has only just arrived and work has not yet started...

MG do have a policy re missed services which implies that if the missed service is irrelevant to the current problem, the warranty may not be invalidated. We are waiting to hear . If MG will not cover this, I would be interested to hear what others would offer as options. The car [even with...
