I thought the electric had a 2 speed but the engine had a six speed? Isn't this the case?

I'm with Matty on this one and very confused to what the engine is doing in hev mode. The revs seem to be at a constant high rate, which makes me think it is just charging and running the battery and electric motors. Either that or absolutely rubbish at gear change control. I did notice an...
