I’ve deleted the app and reloaded current version from the app store; All to no avail.
Does anyone know of a contact number or email address for support from MG/iSmart please?
I noticed on the home screen the following display:
The problem is:
- I never ‘unbound’ it
- When I press ‘Bind’ I am taken to the Login screen which still repeatedly fails with the response:
illegal AppSendData

I have looked at various other posts and have tried logging in with original credentials as well as selecting ‘forgotten password’. To all these attempts I get the same error message:
‘illegal AppSendData’
